MakeMeTop becomes an Accredited Overture Search Engine Marketing Company.

Microchannel Technologies Ltd’s search engine marketing service, MakeMeTop™, has become one of the first search engine marketing companies (SEMs) to be accredited by Overture™, the leading provider of pay-per-click search results.

The accreditation scheme, launched initially in the UK is designed to indicate those SEMs who fully adhere to Overture’s list of best practices. Accredited companies are allowed to show an accreditation logo on their websites which are linked to a page on Overture to confirm accreditation. Accredited companies agree to create the broadest range of relevant terms possible for a client, not submit sites which are under construction or have disabled back-buttons, ensure that descriptions and titles include the search terms, links connect to the appropriate page by deep-linking where possible and to not overcharge the client.
